Important! Please read!

• We require 5 days notice for the Pick & Party Balloon Garlands. Same day order is not available. (If you are in a pinch, call or email to speak to us directly - Rush orders will have an additional fee).

• After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours, including the details provided.

• Orders are only available for pick up during our store operating hours. 

• Balloons take up a lot of space. If picking up two (2) balloon garlands, your vehicle will need to be an SUV/ Van with the seats down and no other large objects inside. 

• Balloon garlands can last for around a week if indoors, under moderate temperatures and not in direct sunlight. They will only last a couple of days outside. Extreme temperatures, sunlight and rain will affect balloon life and appearance. With all that being said, it is reasonable to schedule your pick up a day or two prior to your event.
